My Rock, Psalm 18

My Rock Sing Together Leader: “…our forefathers…ate the same spiritual food And drank the same spiritual drink;

For they drank from the spiritual rock That accompanied them, People: and that rock was Christ.”(I Corinthians 10:1-4) Leader: Jesus said, “…everyone who hears these words of mine And puts them into practice People: is like a wise man who built his house on the rock. Leader: The rain came down, The streams rose, And the winds blew and beat against that house; People: Yet it did not fall, Because it had its foundation on the rock. Leader: But everyone who hears these words of mine And does not put them into practice People: is like a foolish man who built his house on sand. Leader: The rain came down, The streams rose, And the winds blew and beat against that house, People: and it fell with a great crash.”
