Answer all the questions. Each question carries 10 marks. 1. A pharmaceutical company wants to expand their market. Company is a market leader in the cardiovascular segment and has 15 years of rich experience. Its initial market survey has shown that doctors’ prescription is very crucial in the new market and needs personal presentation by its medical representatives. If you are a manager of that pharmaceutical company what are the personal selling objectives you would have set? 2. A retail store in Ghaziabad is looking for right candidate to recruit as sales executive. Prepare a recruitment and selection document to help retail store to find right employees. 3. A FMCG company selected 30 sales executives to sell their products in 30 districts of Tamilnadu. Last fiscal company earned Rs 20 crore sales from the Tamilnadu market. It is expecting to achieve 20 percent growth in the sales for this fiscal. Executives should meet retailers and distributors push their products, take promotion activities, coordinate with depots, collect market information, send reports to organization and establish good customer relationship. You have been asked to set the quota for each sale executive.
