Overview MinVesta is a young and dynamic information technology company focused on providing innovative Software solutions for the HR domain. Established in February 2006, MinVesta is a wholly owned subsidiary of Ma Foi Management Consultants Ltd,(www.mafoi.com),India’s leading HR Consulting and Recruitment Company. Products MinVesta offers two product suites. The Minerva HR Suite, designed to meet the functional requirements of enterprise HR; and the Minerva Flexi suite, which is engineered to cater to the demanding requirements of temporary and permanent staffing businesses.

1. Minerva HR Suite: The Minerva HR Suite consists of a set of modules designed for automating Human Resource functions in enterprises. It plays a key role in helping businesses effectively manage their human capital and is currently being deployed in several companies across the globe. The Minerva HR Suite is designed to house all information of an employee from entry to exit. It facilitates organizations to efficiently manage Recruitment, Performance Management, Career Growth Tracking, Leave, Attendance, Reimbursement, Training and Employee exit.

Human Resource Information System- HuRIS HuRIS captures detailed personal, professional and official information of each employee in an organization. Updates and maintenance of employee details can be achieved at the click of a button. It also generates Personal history reports on all employees. Employee Self Service Access- ESSA ESSA enables every employee to log in and access the self service facility which allows them to view their monthly payroll details viz., Pay Slip, Reimbursement Slip, and Tax Computations. The reports will be in print-friendly formats, enabling employees to print directly from the system. Employees will also be able to raise queries and view the response from the corresponding owner of the query category. Daily Activity and Time Sheet Entry SystemDATES DATES empower employees to enter their timesheets and daily activity details into the system. The reporting seniors will be able to view and authorize the same for each of their reportees. The periodicity of timesheets can be configured in this module as per client's requirements. Daily activity sheets can also be configured in this module to enable other support function employees to record their daily activities. Recruitment Process Manager-RPM RPM allows clients to maintain resumes in an online database. It provides for short-listing, search, and easy retrieval of resumes. This module is capable of processing large volumes of resumes and can also support resumes in many different formats. Status tracking and history record of every candidate / resume in the system will be available to HR professionals, at the click of a button. Leave Management System- LeMS LeMS enables every employee to apply for leave, and view their request status and leave balance

online. The Reporting Seniors / HR Managers will be able to authorize leave requests and also view pending and approved leave requests along with the leave balance of all employees. Attendance Management System –AttMS AttMS enables recording of the daily turnout of employees. The attendance capture process is completed through a manual swipe by every employee, duly approved by his/her reporting senior, or, by the systems administrator uploading the daily output sheet in .csv (comma separated values)format / preagreed formats, from a third party system. Claims Management System- ClaiMS ClaiMS enable employees to put forward their reimbursement claims for approval and also view their claim status online. Performance Management System - PerforMS The entire Performance Management Process of an organization can be automated through this module. It allows employee to set their performance objectives and submit appraisal forms online. Reporting Senior will be able to view and approve or reject submitted appraisal forms, they can also add remarks and ratings to the same. The HR department will be the global viewer of the online process with specific information on pending appraisals, pending objectives, identification of factors delaying the completion of appraisal, etc. Through this system multiple Appraisal Form templates can be assigned for different categories of employees.

Training and Employee Development System- TREDS TREDS is focused on managing the Training needs of an organization. The Training Management module enables the HR Manager to design and upload the training calendar, prepare participants list, approve training requests, monitor training attendance and provide / view feedback on training programs. It is also interfaced with the Performance Management module thereby empowering proficient management of the company’s training needs.

A Vedior Group Company Resource Management System- ReMS Employee Exit Management System-EmpEX ReMS enable the allocation of employees as resources to various projects in an organization. Resources can be assigned, reassigned and released from projects at any time. Skill levels, resource allocation status and project details can be viewed for efficient planning and utilization of manpower.

EmpEX provides the organization an end to end automated Employee Exit Management System. It empowers the HR manager to initiate the exit process on line and custom develop exit interview forms for every category of employee. The module enables the HR department to disburse department wise exit checklists, collate and file check list responses, generate relieving letter and approve F&F settlement.

2. Minerva Flexi Suite: The Minerva Flexi Suite is a composite of individual products that have been evolved and integrated as a comprehensive solutions suite for staffing companies. Minerva Flexi Suite automates staffing processes such as Permanent Recruitment; Temporary Staffing; Applicant Tracking; Third-Party Vendor Management; Job Posting and Referral Management; Time Sheet Management; Payroll and Benefits Administration; Employee Self Service and Billing.

Timesheet Entry and Self Service Access (TESSA) System Background Check System The Time Sheet Entry System enables staffing companies to track man-hours spent by The Background Check System allows Criminal Record employees on various projects. It creates checks /Overseas Police Checks for all candidates timesheet formats for each employee and choosing to register with the staffing company. automates the complete workflow from Vendor and Contract Management System timesheet input to approval and work hour calculation. Minerva Flexi Suite provides a full-fledged Vendor Management System for staffing organizations. Multi- jurisdiction Payroll System Work Rules Interpreter and Manager (WRIM) The WRIM empowers the staffing industry to define and manage the multifarious payment rules for temporary workers and processes timesheets based on complex work rules that exist in various countries. There by, providing accurate work-hour input data for payroll processing.

Flexible payroll system can be configured according to company policies and tax laws of the land. Staff Self Service Portal The online system allows contingent staff to view their Pay-slip, provide Income Tax Declarations, and fill Reimbursement Forms.
