Other school has offered him higher than us. Line 28-31 – We have set the policy of “No Permit, No Exam”. Many permits were still unclaimed but students have taken the exam without permit. Line 33 –39 meantime Sir Norman will be the in-charge of the dance troupe and to hire only a choreographer. Line 128 - Classroom observation. No one has tried to do the observation. Proposed again to do it after semi-finals. Line 140 - CHED application deficiency GenEd done and okey. Ma’am Vivian informed the group that for the library book collection as per CHED recommendation to complete the 300 volumes. Midwifery Laboratory – to be constructed soon. Suggestion: Ma’am Emily/Dr. Diagan (the owner) to hand in personally to Ma’am Arendain our compliance report. Line 184 - Clearance – implemented Opening of classes for SY 2018-2019 Still in June, 2018. According to Ma’am Vivian no need to send letter to CHED. Council Meeting – Since it is a regular monthly meeting, no need to send Notice, only in case of special meetings. The group suggested of just a reminder. Issuance of TOR – it depends on the result of their exam. To present format on February 28. Yearbook – have done already the pictorials. Yearbook making on the process. TESDA - Ma’am Vivian had endorsed the papers to Ma’am Ivy for the lacking requirements and to be submitted to TESDA before scheduling for inspection. -

Suggestion: to have one to be trained in Household Hospital will be the assessment center or the school will be assessment center and the hospital will served as the laboratory. Senior High School – Ma’am Vivian assigned Ms. Jao as the Senior High School Coordinator. Proposal 1: to assigned Sir Jack, since there will be no more Filipino subjects next year in the curriculum of Social Work, BSA/BSOAD. No more NatSc subjects also, so suggestion for those faculty who have no load in the college will be assigned to teach in the senior high. Proposal 2: Design tarpaulin so that we can start to market. -
CHED scholarship P6,000 per semester. Reason also for less amount for the collection is due to the scholarship 1 class ABM & 1 class STEM.
