Mint will have you and your guests feeling like royalty. As you arrive at MINT, treat yourself and guests to a VIP entry as you walk down our fabulous red carpet. Once inside take advantage of our function priced drinks from the bar or indulge in an array of fabulously decadent cocktails, all prepared by our friendly, professional staff. With eye catching interior décor, resident DJ’s laying down a smorgasbord of tunes consistently being a sure-fire crowd pleaser, this intimate venue has plenty to offer you and your guests on your special night. We cater for a variety of functions including though not limited to Birthday celebrations, Hen’s nights, work functions and event nights.

Function Areas Back Bar The Back Bar is an ideal setting for you and your guests to enjoy the club atmosphere with access to MINT’S very own resident DJ plus your own private bar while you enjoy quality time with family and friends with out the distraction of other punters. The Back Bar is available for hire for private use from 9pm – 11pm, Friday and Saturday nights. This room can be booked outside these times. Conditions and minimum charges apply. Please contact the function co-ordinator to discuss any further options. Front Bar This room is best known to get anyone on the dance floor. The Front Bar is a nonexclusive area allowing you direct access to the main bar and dance floor. A great space to mingle with your friends and a great meeting space to get the party started. Soak up the atmosphere of the club while you and your guests will still be able to take advantage of function priced drinks and VIP entry whilst enjoying the unique involvement with the rest of the venue. The Front Bar is available for hire from 9pm – 11pm Friday and Saturday nights. This room can be booked outside these times. Conditions and minimum charges apply. Entertainment and Theming To ensure a night of pure bliss for you and your guests, MINT Nightclub will provide a DJ, lighting, decorations, bar and staff which all come complimentary when hosting a function at MINT Nightclub. We’ll do the work for you, you just party! All entertainment and theming brought in by the client is subject to management approval. We will endeavor to accommodate the needs of you and your guests in every instance. Invitations Invitations can be provided by MINT Nightclub free of charge if required. You are welcome to use your own invitations but they must have prior approval by Mint Management. Please know that to ensure unexpected guests do not attend your function it is a good idea to provide your guests with invites which they must bring to the venue on the night of your function. Alternatively, providing the venue with a door list will ensure MINT management to exercise the strictest security for you and your guests. Function Priced Drinks Function priced drinks will be available for you and your guests for the first two (2) hours of your function. Bar card Paranoid about carrying cash around? MINT Nightclub is happy to present you with exclusive rights to your very own bar card. You will receive a 25% increase on money prepaid for cards i.e. $100 cash = $125 card. All money must be paid prior to your function. Barcard monies are not refundable on the night. Venue Deposit In order to confirm your booking a deposit of $50 is required at least seven (7) days prior to your function. Your deposit will be fully refunded on the night providing the required numbers of pre-invited guests arrive within the first hour of your function. Cash payments are to be made to the Club office located in West Perth. When making a payment, please advise me of a time that suits you. MINT Nightclub reserves the right to cancel your booking if a deposit has not been received within seven (7) days of making your booking. The client may cancel the booking by notifying MINT Nightclub functions coordinator on 9226 0322 or 0420 981 595.

Responsibility MINT Nightclub practices responsible service of alcohol and will abide by the law in all instances. Note: All guests including the function holder MUST be 18 years of age and will be asked to show current and valid Photo I.D. before being permitted into the venue. All functions must have a minimum of ten (10) guests in the first hour or the function area will be closed. MINT Nightclub reserves the right to cancel the function at any time. Harm minimization is a primary object of the Liquor Licensing Act 1988, as liquor licensee we are obliged to comply with the Directors Policies on Harm Minimization and the Responsible Promotion of Liquor. As the function holder you agree to submit any and all advertising and promotional material relating to your function to us for approval prior to publication and/or distribution to ensure no guidelines will be breached.
