Gas is called fossil fuels, because they have been formed from dead plants and animals. Natural gas is used for more than one thing. It’s not only burnt in power stations, but is also used to heat peoples homes. Gas is easy to transport along pipes, and power stations produce little pollution. Gas is generated into electricity. A dvantages  Transporting gas to power stations is easy.  Gas- fired power stations don’t waste energy.  Fossil- fueled power stations can be built anywhere, as long as you get a large amount of fuel to it.

D isadvantages  Fossil fuels causes pollution.  Burning any fossil fuels warms the earth.  Gas produces less carbon dioxide than coal.  Gas is nonrenewable. Nonrenewable means you can use once.
