Supervisory Special Agent Robert Haley, an alumnus of the Marine Corps, has been with the FBI for 14 years. He arrived in the Orlando office on June 1,2003 from the Rochester office. In 1994, he was out of the Bureau for a year to pursue a business venture (that ultimately proved unsuccessful) in North Carolina. He also spent time with the Bureau in Syracuse and Albany. In March 2000, Haley ran the fugitive program at Headquarters. In June 2002, he moved to the UBL unit of the International Terrorism Section that became CONUS I, where he spent a year.
