Memorandum Of Understanding

Memorandum of understanding This Memorandum of understanding is made on 9/08/2065 between M/S Janta Cable industries Pvt.Ltd (here called the Manufacturer) of one part, M/S Sigma Enterprises Pvt.Ltd (here called the Supplier) of the other parts to act in accordance with the followings terms and condition

1. Janta Cable Industries Pvt Ltd will supply the cable to the Sigma Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. 2. Tax Invoice will be made on 22% discount and Extr 3% discount will be given if the payment will be made within 45 days from the date of Tax Invoice otherwise company will not provide 3% discount 3. One bill will be given in credit and that should not exceed more than 300,000(NRS Three Lakhs) and after payment of first bill only second bill will be issued. 4. Company will liable to deliver only acknowledged Purchase order cables even in changes of price similarly Sigma enterprises is liable for the same. 5. This agreement will come to Force from the date of 09/08/2065

We both have understood all the above said terms and condition and agree to sign with our consent.
