Memorandum of understanding (Joint Venture Agreement) This joint Venture Agreement is made on 11/03/2064 between M/S Janta Cable industries Pvt.Ltd (here called the partner) of one part , M/S Narendra Nirman Sewa Pvt Ltd. (here called the partner) of the other parts to act in accordance with the followings terms and condition

1. The purpose of joint venture agreement is to enhance all the joint venture business 2. Both parties are equally liable to there jointly business. 3. The partner(janta Cable Industries Pvt Ltd) will handle all financial activities 4. We hereby authorize Mr. Ramesh jodhani and Pawan Agrawal to sign and deal all the banking as well as jointly business work. 5. This agreement will come in force from the date of 11/03/2064 and shall be enforced till the date of joint venture business carry on.

We both have understood all the above said terms and condition and agree to sign with our consent.
