MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMEN TKNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:This Memorandum of Agreement made and entered into by and between: BACOOR NATIONAL HIGHSCHOOL TABINGDAGAT ANNEXan educationalinstitution duly organized and existing under the Department of Education(DEPED)with business/office address located at ______Tabing Dagat, BacoorCity________________________hereinafter referred to as “THE INSTITUTION”,represented herein by its Officer-in Charge,Mr. Ponciano G. Garrido .-and_________________________ company/ NGO/ organization/ LGU/ private institutionprivate/public, non-stock, non-profit duly registered with (agency/department)________________with address at ______________________________ hereinafterreferred to as the “EXTERNAL STAKEHOLDERS”represented herein by its(DESIGNATION), (NAME OF REPRESENTATIVE) .WITNESSETH THAT WHEREAS, THE INSTITUTION, in the exercise of its corporate social responsibility,promotes and supports K to 12 education and training and finds the existing programoffering of the Bacoor National HighSchool in line with such purpose as well as its ownstudent development program and school enhancement facilities .WHEREAS, pursuant to the INSTITUTIONS objective of improving the quality ofeducation of its students and workforce through the development of technical ,educational skills and proper work values/attitudes, the ESTABLISHMENT hasexpressed its willingness to partner with the STAKEHOLDERS hereby acceptstudents, faculty and staff to undergo the required training if needed and or donate thelatter shall, build and extended the necessary facilities , skills and /or financial supportfor such students, faculty and the INSTITUTION in itself. NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the foregoing premises and of theterms hereinafter provided, the parties hereby agree to execute this Memorandum ofAgreement under the following terms and conditions: Section 1. The STAKEHOLDERS and the INSTITUTION shall establish apartnership under the SCHOOL BASED MANAGEMENT PROGRAM (SBM) and jointlyapply for accreditation with the DEPED Division of the City of Bacoor for the program.Section 2. As part of the partnership, the STAKEHOLDERS and theINSTITUTION agree to undertake the following functions and responsibilities:
