Message In behalf of the City Government and the people of Santiago we join every parent, the academe and every stakeholder in extending our warmest greetings to our completers and graduates of 2019! Congratulations! An occasion truly worth celebrating and delivers a feeling of accomplishment and realization of our programs under the BESPREN sa Edukasyon. It is the desire of this administration to develop the entire being of a person through educational, health and socio-economic programs. Thus, on the occasion of this milestone in the lives of our children we are truly grateful to the able men and women of the Department of Education. Kudos to your countless efforts in forming the skills and competencies that our children needs. To our dear children, take care of the gift of love, sacrifice and education that you are having. Nurture it like how you care your own self. Be competent and remember always that hard work mean something. As you celebrate your moving up and graduation ceremonies may you be able to reflect that while each one us is different from one another we can always show that there is a commonality among us.
