[1] The dates of payment are between 1st and 15th day of month. This is applicated for all the payments. [2] The Default On Payment is applicated for delay on any payment. The Default On Payment is accumulative. A Fine (Penalty) is applicated if a member do not pay the Default On Payment on time. [3] The Fine (Penalty) is a applicated to every member for the following reasons,  If a member do not pay the membership fees and/or the Default On Payment on time;  If a member do not participate in more than 2 activities;  If a member do not assist and participate actively in the general assemblies and other official local / region / state / province / department meetings;  If a member be late in the general assemblies and other activities. NOTE:  Banks could applicate valuations and taxes according to the laws of the country of banking deposit reception.  Please contact your bank about financial services applications and transfers.  The above membership fees chart should be read in conjuction with the bylaws, rules and regulations, and laws.
