Team Member (Present) ABDUL HALEEM LWI TIONG CHAI LIU WEI WEN KE HU YUANLING ARNAV SINGH BIJU JOSEPH JACOB TAN KOON LIANG Agenda Devise strategic planning for used-case and class diagrams, assign individual workload allocation and responsibility for the upcoming 1-week CIDP. Discussion, Decisions, Assignments The discussion today basically wraps up the refining of our existing used-case and class diagrams. It was further discuss that there would be inclusion of value-added features and services where many of them can be delivered with the intelligent use of our iLMS system. The value-added services gives us the competitive advantage by finding opportunities to add value to our service offering and stay ahead of the competition by providing a suite of tools and applications for managing sites, analysing usage data and collecting valuable user information, often as part of the user registration for personalised services. The inclusion of value-added features and services would persuade people to come to our website for information regarding tuition services. Consumers often look to others and will often do what they're doing especially when they are uncertain about something. They often feel reassured and make decisions based upon what other people are up to and the assumption being that they possess more knowledge and are better informed if they were to follow the majority. We can include features like by showing:    

Top rated tutors Most popular courses offered by tuition centers Average results for students who attended this course User-generated reviews and testimonials

These features generally can have a massive influence on people’s decisions. Users are more inclined to trust what people like them say, compared to marketers. Users generally want generated reviews and testimonials and if they can't find them on our site, they'll simply look elsewhere.

TEAM 7 (Techno Fusion) Deliver software with precision and passion Workload Planning The main objective of careful workload planning is to keep our entire team busy on the most important aspect of the project work during the 1-week CIDP. Different people have different skills, experience, and responsibilities which will attribute to the success of the team. For the whole development phase to be effective and of a high value success, we will need to leverage on each individual competency by allocating the correct task accordingly. After a careful review, we will divide the team into 4 sub-groups with each specialising in their own areas and we have further concluded that we will need to assign the following personnel to the respective roles. Web Designer (x1)  TAN KOON LIANG He/she is responsible for creating presentations of content that is delivered to the end-user. JSP Programmer (x2)  WEN KE  BIJU JOSEPH JACOB He/she is responsible for writing JSP code for the system using a formal programming approach. *Database Administrator (x2)  LIU WEI  HU YUANLING He/she is responsible for the design, implementation, maintenance and repair of the team database. Java Programmer (x3)  ARNAV SINGH  LWI TIONG CHAI  ABDUL HALEEM He/she is responsible for writing Java code for the system using a formal programming approach. *The database administrators will only be given 2 days to implement their part and will be deployed to other subgroups where assistance is required. Team Schedule (1-week CIDP) We will review the work in progress and the members allocated to that work on a daily basis and ensure that this work is still valuable and that priorities haven't changed. If any work is in progress, it's assumed that it is of high priority. However, sometimes work that is in progress must be stopped or deferred if other work is prioritized ahead of it. If possible, we'll apply the necessary available resources directly to the highest priority work. The evaluation will be ongoing but we will try to follow closely to the schedule shown below as a general guideline during the 1 week CIDP. Day 1
