To whom it may concern,

Your student has been selected to take part in a Community Service Project at the three Clintondale Community Schools Elementary Schools entitled PROPER DECISION MAKING AND SAFETY REGARDING “STRANGER DANGER” INCLUDING ESSENTIAL CORE DEMOCRATIC VALUES. We are asking to grant your student permission to take a Clintondale Community Schools Bus to the three elementary schools. It will take place Tuesday April 7th from 8:00 am to roughly 11:15 am and Clintondale Middle School from 1:35 pm to 2:15 pm. Please sign your name next to one of the following statements.
