Light Light is a source of energy which moves freely in the space and helps to see. We know that the earth moves round the axis bin. Due to moving around only one part can be seen opposite the sun and not the other part. The part which is opposite to the sun there is day and the other part of the earth which is not opposite to the sun there is night. At day time we can see the things because of the light of the sun falls directly on the things but during night the things can be seen with the light of the bulbs, torch or the candles light. All these are the sources of light which helps ns to see the things, the things which gene light are called the sources of light. Path traveled by Light:Light always travel in the straight line. We can prove it by the experiment as shown in the figure.
