Muscles: 1) Masseater on the outer surface of the ramus. 2) Lateral pterygoid pterygoid fossa (neck of the mandible). 3) Medial pterygoid medial or inner surface of the angle of the mandible. 4) Temporalis  at tip, anterior surface and inner surface of coronoid process. 5) Mylohyoid attached on mylohyoid line. 6) Genoglossus  attached above genial tubercle. 7) Genohyoid  attached below genial tubercle. 8) Platisma  attached lower border of mandible. 9) Anterior belli of digastric  digastric fossa. Ligaments (4): 1. Spheno-mandibular lig at lingual. 2. Stylo-mandibular lig attached to angle of the mandible. 3. Ptreygo-mandibular lig Posterior part of mylohyoid line. 4. Lateral tempro-mandibular lig lateral surface on the neck of condyle. Nerves: 1) Masseteric n. get out from mandibular notch then move on ramus to reach Masseater ms. 2) Mandibular canal inferior alveolar nerve. 3) Grove or impression for mylohyoid nerve. 4) Lingual nerve related to 3rd molar from behind in inner surface. 5) Auriculo-temporal nerve on the neck of condyle, attached maxillary artery. 6) Mental canal pass through (mental nerve and vessels). Artery:  Facial artery  vertically below buccinator from out side 3rd molar.  Maxillary artery.
