Presume your client was training both in the morning (between breakfast and lunch) and again in the afternoon (between lunch and evening meal) I suggest you use a table like this below – I have provided an example for you! For each day make sure that ensure your client has a mixed-diet but a diet that is high in carbohydrates and includes both FOOD and DRINK. Pages 178-186 in the BTEC book will give you examples of food for each nutrient.
