did knowingly, willfully and unlawfully combine, conspire, confederate and agree with each other and with other persons whose identities are unknown to the grand jury, to manufacture, distribute and dispense lO grams or more of a mixture or substance containing a detectable amount of lysergic acid diethylamide (LSD), a Schedule I
