did knowingly, willfully and unlawfully combine, conspire, confederate and agree with each other and with other persons whose identities are unknown to the grandjury,

to manufacture, distribute and dispense 10 grams or more of a mixture or substance containing a detectable amount of lysergic acid diethylamide (LSD), a Schedule I controlled substance, in violation of Title 21, United States Code, Section 846; with reference to Title 21, United States Code, Sections 841 (a)(1) and (b)(1 )(A), and Title 18, United States Code, Section 2. COUNT 2

On or about the 6 th day of November, 2000, in the District of Kansas, the defendants,

WILLIAM LEONARD PICKARD, a.k.a. "John Connor," "William Harlow," "James Maxwell," and CLYDE APPERSON, a.ka. "C," did knowingly, willfully and unlawfully possess with intent to distribute and dispense 10 grams or more ofa mixture or substance containing a detectable amount oflysergic acid diethylamide (LSD), a Schedule I controlled substance, in violation of Title 21, United States Code, Section 841(a)(1); with reference to Title 21, United States Code, Section (b)(1 )(A), and Title 18, United States Code, Section 2.
