Lincoln – The Industry Leader Since 1910
The Heart of a Centro-Matic Automated Lubrication System The P653S is the central pump station that automatically delivers lubricant through a single supply line to each injector in a Centro-Matic system. Individual injectors serve only one lubrication point and may be accurately adjusted to deliver the precise amount of lubrication required. Consult a qualified Lincoln distributor or the Centro-Matic design guide to identify the correct family of injectors for your application.
Continually satisfying our customers with the world’s best lubrication equipment and pumping systems has made Lincoln the largest and most successful company in our field. For almost a century, companies have relied on our technical and quality leadership; our world-class manufacturing and customer service, and our vast network of distributors and support facilities.

P653S Specifications
Full Integration of System Components and Accessories Perfect for Off-Road Construction, Industrial & Wind Energy Applications The fully integrated P653S pump is an example of Lincoln’s commitment to providing innovative, cost-effective solutions through industry-leading advances in technology. This next-generation, lower-cost pump package can be fitted with one of four reservoir sizes and easily adapts to many applications.
P653S Pump Features • Integrated pump supplies lubricant to a single line parallel lubrication system • Pumps low- and high-viscosity greases including industry standard NLGI grade 2 grease • Easily interfaces with telematics technology in today’s heavy equipment • Operating temperature range from -40°F to +158°F (-40°C to +70°C) VDC or 32°F to 122°F (0°C to 50°C) VAC*
The P653S pump is easy to install. The pump's internal controller operates any system using Lincoln Centro-Matic grease injectors. The high output of the P653S supplies up to 35 SL-V or SL-1 injectors. The innovative design contains the pump, controller, vent valve and pressure switch or transducer conveniently in one unit.
The P653S pump can be paired with any of Lincoln’s Centro-Matic injectors which include: SLV, SLV-XL, SL-1, SL-32, SL-33, QSL Reservoir Available in Four Sizes – 4, 8, 15, and 20 Liters Provides Versatility in Scheduling Refilling Service Intervals Available With or Without Follower (shown with follower)
Reservoir Refill Port
• Neutral switch allows mobile equipment to remain idling with pump power on but the timer is deactivated – allowing manual lubrication capability at the push of a button.
High-Volume Output
Benefits
Vent Valve
• Integration of major system components reduces labor and overall costs
Electrical data Incoming voltage: Maximum current: Frequency: Operating temperature
• Simplifies lubrication system design • Installation time is reduced due to the "plug-and-play" pump design. Simply mount the pump, connect the power, install the supply line and injectors and the system is ready for operation.
Programmable Controller
• Eliminates wasted grease by running only when the machine is operating.
120/220-AC or 24-DC Pump
* Appropriate greases apply
INTERNAL COMPONENTS: • Telematics Signaling Capabilities for Low Level and System Fault Detection • Pressure Switch or Transducer
Flexible to Meet the Needs of Larger Applications An additional pressure switch or transducer can be added to the end of the system’s supply line for larger applications requiring up to 75’ of 1/4” supply line. Monitoring at both ends of a larger system ensures all injectors dispense during the lube event.
RemoteLinc Satellite Communication TM
Telematics technology in today’s machines enables companies to remotely monitor their machines to help manage maintenance costs and protect their investments. All P653S pumps can easily interface with mobile independent telematics systems. The pump’s built-in RemoteLinc signaling capabilities can be set to alert operators of low grease level and system faults.
