The undersigned is currently taking her Master Degree of Education Major in Special Education with Intellectual Disability Stream at Philippine Normal University. As a part of partial requirement for my final examination, I would like to request permission from your good office to conduct a seminar entitled “Stakeholders of Inclusive Education and their Responsibilities” which will be held on March 22, 2019 at San Isidro Elementary School from 8:00 to 10:00 AM. The audience of the said event will be selected parents of kindergarten pupils. Moreover, I would also like to ask permission to use the school ground as venue and school equipment like television, laptop, electric fan and chairs.
