NOTE TO MY EXECUTORS This note relates to Clause 5(ii) of my Will. Dated the

Should any individual beneficiary or group of beneficiaries wish to purchase 53 Manor Road or any other property that I may dwell in at the time of my death that I regard as my principle private residence, they shall be afforded the first option to purchase at full market value less the proportion of the said value bequeathed to them as legacy under the terms of my will. If, however, more than one beneficiary or group of beneficiaries wish to purchase the said property then I instruct my executors to proceed with the sale on the open market. Signed
