30th June 2009 Dear Reader, This document has been produced to take forward views expressed at a consultation meeting held on the 7th of July 2008 in Ferryside. After we have received your comments, we will amend this document and submit it to the Welsh Assembly Government. We have given a deadline for comments of the 30th of July, 2009, because we are aware of how long this process has taken. However, it is likely to take us some time to collate everyone’s views, so it is worth sending in your comments even after this date. If we have finished changing the documents, we will still forward your views, as written, to the Assembly, up until the 30th of September. We have only printed the main body of the document and the consultation questions to save on printing costs.
