Personal Aims: Improve team teaching and work on better cooperation with 김초연 . Particularly time management.

Anticipated problems for students: Lack of vocabulary knowledge to talk about activities, possible problems with time, confusion with activity set up Solutions: start with very simple activities and build up for the stronger students,Provide exact translations of plans , Demonstration of the language required with KT/NT and strong student

Anticipated problems for teacher: Lack of knowledge of names so insist name cards are visible, , boredom amongst stronger students, confusion with activity set up Solutions: Ensure a second level of vocabulary is present to prevent boredom. Use of group work to allow strong students to act as tutors to weaker students .Ensure students explain what they are going to
