Expected Outcomes: Students will be able to express themselves in English to talk about what they did for Halloween, making use of the structures they learned during the unit. Introduction
Every Monday morning the students pray for their personal intentions. Core of the class Review (speaking)
15’ Students will be asked what they did for Halloween in order to practice the contents of the unit IV before moving to the next unit. Example: Did you go to any party? How many of you wore a costume? How many candies did you get?, etc.

Students will be told what the next unit will be about and what contents we will study. Students will be told about the objectives for this particular session. The teacher will bring 3 Barbie-dolls (two females and one male) with different characteristics. The teacher will compare the dolls in order students can predict the way of making comparisons. Example: Sara is taller than Katie; Steve is the strongest. 4’
Explanation of adjectives comparisons by giving examples and setting grammatical rules.

Exercises will be given a guide to practice the contents by filling in a dialogue and writing short sentences according to some pictures.

Students will be asked their answers to check if they understood the lesson; and their own mistakes will be taken to clarify any doubt and to explain what was wrong (correct answers will be written on the board). Some of the students will be evaluated with a “summative” grade for their work in class.

We will make a summary (all together) of all what we learned during the lesson, in order to clarify any doubt about the content.
