How do team members agree together that they will deal with these and other conflicts? Erica: Conversation should perpetuate motivational, honest discussion, and be respectful and assertive in all matters. Conflict’s related to assignments should be worked out within the learning team environment with the input of all team members. Personal conflict should be taken out of the learning team postings and dealt with individually between parties, seeking the intervention of the facilitator if need be. Christie: Being able to communicate on different schedules and time zones. Each person can respect conflict may arise but by addressing the problem early together by voting can resolve the issue. Aimee: Agree with Christie Jean: Post any concerns early and give team members time to respond and resolve conflicts. Cheryl: I agree with the above. Faculty Member Feedback to Students
