Limbic System :  Dulu dianggap perannya hanya terkait dengan proses emosional  Sekarang, peran utamanya adalah dalam memproses memori jangka pendek dan transformasi memori menjadi memori jangka panjang.  Hal ini mengukuhkan penting perannya dalam belajar.

Biasanya otoriter, direktif, dan all-business, berlawanan dengan “management of people”



Suka menyelesaikan masalah, fokus dalam berpikir, memproses dan menganalisa. Berbicara untuk menyelesaikan masalah sesuai logika. (talking through solutions to problems )

The A Quadrant :  Would favor to reducing the complex to the simple, the unclear to the clear, cumbersome to the efficient.  Evaluation of ideas  Decisions and judgments are explained and justified.  The style is analytical, logical, and rational.

The B Quadrants :  This is structured in a practical and procedural sense.  A strong preference would suggest us to have natural inclination towards organization, reliability, efficiency, order and discipline.  Task would frequently be prioritized, would tackle them in a systematic and sequential manner.  Time is managed effectively.  Mindful of logical constraint and is methodical and attentive to detail. The C Quadrants :  Naturally sensitive and receptive concerning mood, atmosphere, attitudes and energy levels.  Usually an attraction to people plus and ability to express his/herself easily.  Characteristics may include good interpersonal skills with an awareness of the feelings of others.  Ease of communication.  Sensory intuition, in the form of gut feelings or hunches, may be displayed and given credence.
