KEEP ST. LOUIS FREE Stop the St. Louis County Smoking Ban! County Councilman Barbara Fraser has proposed an ordinance for St. Louis County that bans smoking in all bars and restaurants. Such bans have killed bars and restaurants in other towns all across the country! This bar is located in the 6th District of St. Louis County. 6th District Councilman Steve Stenger plans to cast the deciding vote for the smoking ban, but he is wavering. Your phone calls, e-mails and attendance of the next County Council hearings August 4th and 11th could change his mind.
