is 7.4% over the month up from 6.3% and up from 5.1% the previous year  5 Boroughs up to 7.2% over month from 6.2% and up from 5.2%  NYC

(not all bad news but…)

 City’s

private sector job losses (-1.5%) less than State (1.7%) & the Nation (-2.6%)  Gas prices remain basically stable…

Administrative and support services and employment services.
