jumped to 9.5% from 8.9% the previous month and up from 5.4% the previous year  5 Boroughs climbed to 9.3% from 8.7% over the previous month up from 5.1% last year 

NYC (not all bad news…)  There

are signals Recession may be over but with economic growth at only 2%, consumers aren’t likely to see it until mid 2010…  The Auto industry has benefited tremendously from the stimulus plan…
