JOB PROFILE FOR SECTION HEAD – MECHANICAL The Position: Deputy Manager/Manager - Mechanical Position Summary: The position is responsible to head the Mechanical department with sound experience in handling utility equipments.

Key Deliverables: 





  

 

Should be a graduate Mechanical engineer with hands on experience to lead a team of engineers and technicians and to ensure 100% availability of a process plant & related equipments by leading & practicing best engineering practices. Thorough knowledge on rotating equipments like fans, blowers, dryers, steam turbines etc. He should have detailed knowledge of vibration analysis, interpretation, and should be capable of implementing necessary corrective actions as applicable. He should have sound knowledge of machine alignment In depth knowledge on all utility equipments like process air blowers, air compressors, boilers, pumps, cooling towers & mobile equipments like forklifts & sweeping machines. Trouble shooting, corrective action implementation Knowledge of best engineering practices like preventive maintenance, opportunity maintenance and planned maintenance Need to be proficient in latest maintenance tools like RCM, RCA based corrective action implementation. Well conversant with ISO systems and documentation and audit procedures. Condition Monitoring. Development of Vendors / Suppliers / Contractors in Mechanical Engineering

The Candidate Profile: Qualifications and experience: Candidate should possess B-Tech Mechanical qualification with 7-10 years of experience in Manufacturing industry.

Desired Skills:    

Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point Able to extract, analyze, review data and make appropriate recommendations Excellent written/verbal communication skills. Good analytical and problem-solving skills
