Existing Registered Visitor

A First time visitor has to undergo a registration process. Visitor receives OTP for mobile number authentication

Visitor walk in

For Registered visitor, All visitor details will be auto fetched after authentication. Visitor just need to select host employee.

Registration at entry

Visitor details saved on Cloud Visitor Enters Card /mobile number in the tablet App to check out.

Visitor Exit the premises

Visitor meets the host at the office. After the meeting visitor goes to the reception. Then the Visitor proceeds for the exit process.

After Submitting Detail, Notification goes to host employee via SMS/ Email / App
