Islam is the synonym of Peace By: Dr. Maqsood Hasni Translated by: Prof Imran Khalid Peace can’t be confined. The peace seeker is first a human then anything else. Neither he is an angel nor a devil. He can do good as well as evil, sometimes willfully and sometimes unwillingly. For their any evil deed, they don’t deserve death from any other peace seeker. Punishment must be in the hands of the law and no one else. The peace seekers should try to end the crimes but not to kill the criminals by themselves. That person has no right to be called ‘a Muslim’ who tends to kill the evil doer instead of eradicating the evil. Sufis has always stressed on cleanliness of heart and mind more than the cleanliness of body and dressings. They even struggled for this, because of which evil was discouraged. Sufis and their followers didn’t stress much on the outer looks and deeds, there is no confusions; like dress being lower than the ankle or not, in their teachings. Yes, indeed the sexual parts of the body must be covered properly. If there is any evil seen with them, we find them sorrowful on that. We find them just with themselves. The proud of humanity, Hazrat Allama Sufi Shah Sheikh Dr. Mohammad Nur-ul-Alam is representing the peace preachers. He has devoted every moment of his life in serving the mankind. He is the representative of those who are holding the flag of peace. He knows that every human’s life, respect and property is sacred. All the human beings must support and strengthen him , so that he might use his all energies for the safety of every man’s life, respect and property. By this every person will breath in peace and sleep in peace.
