Creating Assessment using Moodle Course Management System Assessing students’ assignments and tests may be one of the most detested tasks that a teacher has to do regularly. Teachers often feel frustrated with the amount of assignments and tests that they have to create, check and grade. Yet, assessment of students’ performance through assignments and tests is necessary to evaluate how much students have mastered the materials taught. Moodle Open Source Course Management System may become a solution to this problem, particularly in terms of gathering and reviewing students’ assignments, grading tests instantaneously and recording grades. Through this workshop, participants will get some knowledge and skills in using Moodle to create, gather and review assessments for students. Bio Neny Isharyanti is currently a lecturer at the Faculty of Language and Literature, Satya Wacana Christian University, Indonesia. Her research interests are eclectic, mostly in the realm of Computer-Assisted Language Learning (CALL), particularly in Computer-Mediated Communication and Teachers’ Training in CALL.
