Use Desktop/Laptop to fill the form, Do not use mobile/tablet etc. Use Mozilla fire fox browser fo for better experience and viewing. Visit the link provided in ee-mail or simply visit https://nitsri.mastersofterp.in .mastersofterp.in At the time of first log in,, you will be re re-directed ed to a page for changing the password. After changing the password password, kindly log in again. Keep your Academic records handy i.e., marks details, admission ion details and year of passing etc. Keep a soft copy of standard Passport sized photograph with light ight color background available, (Strictly formal photograph) Keep a soft copy of self signature ready. Attach photograph & signature one by one, after attaching do not forget to click on “upload” one by one. Fill your personal details as per records of Matriculation. Fill your details correctly and cautiously cautiously, phone number , email id and residential address shall be valid. Use the Edit

button near the Qualification Details (HSC (12th ), SSC (10 ( th ) B.Tech,

M.Tech etc ) to fill the details of respective qualification , then click on update . Check the entered details once again to make sure you have entered the correct details and then click “Submit” button button. After submitting the Details , Download the Information form by clicking on “report” button **. Take a print out of the form and sign it. This form has to be submitted at the time joining the institute.
