Inspection Nov. 2014 Activities 

Reviewed PAU deliverables for Inspection Engineering Procedure and issued comments. Major comment was that a total of 344 small equipment were missing with inspection plan.



Filed verified all equipment in new plants and identified the ones missing in PAU’s “List of equipment subjected to inspection” list. 163 equipment were found missing in list.



SOM Welding procedures – total 11 procedures finalized.



Compiled PSV datasheets (70% found) of new units. Inspection planning out of PAU RBI.



Checked drawings and identified all heat exchangers of REP that included supply of standard test rings. Physical verification – in December



Verified status of mixed-up special SS bolts in HCU & U160 – found rectified



Hoisting equipment inspection – Inspection checklists made for 3 types of equipment.

Inspection Coming period (December 2014) 

Completion of Hoisting Equipment inspection procedure.



Physically verify of ALL 557 PSV’s in field and compile vital information not in datasheets such as block valves, accessibility.



Compile a spring hanger list per unit with the technical data.



Physical verification of test rings availability for new units heat exchangers



Check all new tanks vs datasheets and common practice.



SOM welding procedures – add 8 (total 19) new procedures this month.



Manual filing system for remaining units of REP (other than U160, 260, 300 and 400).



Check if ALL PAU WSE documents are loaded in INFOR.
