l. GENERALIDADES

LABORATORIO SEGENHA

A solicitud del CONSORCIO SUPERVISOR LLAMPAYEC, se realizó una visita a la Obra: "RENOVACION DE CAMINOS DE HERRADURA EN EL CRUCE VALDERA - CHEPITO BAJO CRUCE CAMPODONICO CAMINO VECINAL TRAMO 11: CRUCE VIDAURE - HACIENDA VIEJA", ubicada en el distrito de Tucume, con la finalidad de evaluar el porcentaje de compactación alcanzado así como su característica Mecánica del material empleado en la pavimentación, es decir si cwnplen con las Normas Técnicas vigentes, Manual de Diseño de Carreteras No Pavimentadas de Bajo Volumen de Transito complementadas con DG-2018, Especificaciones Técnicas Generales para Construcción de Carreteras, mediante ensayoEstandarizados de Campo y de Laboratorio.

2. TRABAJO DE CAMPO Los trabajos de campo consistieron en la excavaci9n de hoyos de 0.15 m de diámetro por O .15 m de profundidad, para tal fin se hizo uso de placa perforada, comba y cincel. Se tomó una muestra representativa de 100 kilos de muestra de suelo natural que conforma la sub rasante de la vía, para su traslado al Laboratorio. 3. TRABAJO DE LABORATORIO De la muestra extraída de la base de rodadura existente se determinó en laboratorio la curva Densidad Máxima versus Optimo Contenido de Humedad, mediante el ensayo de: • Proctor Modificado

5. RESULTADOS DE LOS ENSAYOS"

En lo concerniente a la calidad de los materiales que se emplearon en la conformación de la estructura del pavimento, los resultados son los siguientes: Material Muestra: Suelo natural Existente obtenido de la sub rasante. - Tramo 0+000 al O+300: Proctor Modificado Máxima Densidad Seca: 1.73gr/cm3 . Óptimo Contenido de Humedad: 8. 77 % Clasificación SUCS: SM-SC (Arena limoarcillosa) Clasificación AASHTO: A-2-4(0). -Tramo 0+300 al 1+600: Proctor Modificado Máxima Densidad Seca: 1.83gr/cm3 . Óptimo Contenido de Humedad: 8.45 % Clasificación SUCS: CL (Arcilla de mediana plasticidad) Clasificación AASHTO: A-6 (12). - Tramo 2+900 al 3+800: Proctor Modificado Máxima Densidad Seca: 1.80 gr/cm3 . Óptimo Contenido de Humedad: 10.32 % Clasificación SUCS: SC (Arena arcillosa) Clasificación AASHTO: A-6 (10).

Proctor Modificado Máxima Densidad Seca: 1.79 gr/cm3 . Óptimo Contenido de Humedad: 9.47 % Clasificación SUCS: SC (Arena arcillosa) Clasificación AASHTO: A-6 (1O). 6. CONCLUSIONES },,- Conclusiones. •

Los materiales empleados en la conformación de la Sub rasante, cumplen con las Normas Técnicas vigentes del Manual de Diseño de Carreteras No Pavimentadas de Bajo Volumen de Transito complementadas con la DG-2018, Especificaciones Técnicas Generales para Construcción de Carreteras.

Se concluye que la densidades individuales (Di) SI superan el mínimo, del noventa y cinco por ciento (95%) de la obtenida en el Ensayo Próctor Modificado. Di 2: De

La humedad de trabajo no varía en± 1.50 % respecto del Optimo Contenido de Humedad obtenido con el Ensayo Próctor Modificado.

De acuerdo a los resultados de los ensayos efectuados mediante el Ensayo del Cono de Arena (MTC E 117), a la capa de la sub rasante existente en la vía, se encuentra en óptimas condiciones para dar servicio al tráfico vehicular, por cumplir con la Norma MTC E 115.
