REFERENCE AND INFORMATION SERVICES: AN INTRODUCTION
BOPP, R.E. & SMITH, L.C. 1991
NOTES BY JUNAIZA JARJIS 2007
A Personal Collection Series
This is my notes preparing for final exam in Information Sources & Services. The textbook that I refer to was from Bopp, R.E. & Smith, L.C. (1991) Reference and
Information services: An Introduction. Englewood: Libraries Unlimited. It is practically from cover to cover (20 chapters all together), except for the Search Strategy, I didn’t jot that down. Do refer to the book for that section, and of course, for the whole explanation of the notes too. And you’ll find the ‘consider’ part, it is actually the ‘evaluation’ for each reference book. Feel free to use it for academic purposes.
