Inconveniences with telecommunications companies. As the majority of people know, telecommunications have been and will be an important part of our lives, and for that, there are some companies that supply services to us with the objective to do easier and more entertain our social life. Also, those services are totally necessary for the daily routine of the people, from professional development until the personal and familiar aspects. However, many people who use them, have a lot of inconveniences, and according to our research was possibly discovered some of the most common issues that people usually have. Therefore, the aim of this paper is trying to give clear and direct solutions to these. These are some complaints or request that the people do to the telecommunications companies. - When the internet signal is weak because the router is antique, and it is necessary to change it or is time to upgrade it, but the company does not attend your request because they say that it is not necessary. 1. Possible solution: Sending a technician to check if the issue is directly with the router and if it is necessary to exchange it. - When your cell phone bill increases each month, and you call the company to solve the problem, but according to them, that is a part of your contract. 2. Possible solution: review the contract conditions directly with the customer on databases. Then, transfer the customer´s call to another department to solve the problem. might offer him another cell phone plan with better services. - When you notified the company that your cell phone was stolen and you want to finish the contract because you are not enjoying the services. But, in the next months, the bill continues arriving and you have to pay for it. 3. Possible solution: Check on databases if the contract was correctly finished, then, check why the bill is still arriving and cancel the cell phone plan. - When a person signs up a contract and according to it, the internet rate is 10 Megabytes, but during its use, the speed is low, so, when the customer is going to check the speed and find that is only 5 megabytes. 4. Possible solution: Check what has been going on with internet speed on the platform and notified it to the customer. Then, activate the correct internet speed, and if it is possible, decrease the bill in the current month for the inconvenience that the customer had.
- When you buy data with a specific service, maybe the best one, but everything is completely different what they told you. (Fake Advertising). 5. Possible solution: The Company agent, check the service plan data that the client accepts, and star a corrective action even could offer an incentive, like have a service plan data free of charge. To conclude, according to the requests and issues that the customers usually have, what we should do as customer service agents, is giving the best solution as fast as possible and clearly. Also, trying to make them feel comfortable and satisfied with the services that you are supplying.
