IMPROVEMENTS REGISTER Significant changes that improve the operation of a system are to be recorded in this register against the name of the relevant system. These changes are likely to occur as a result of major changes made as result of monitoring, outcomes of quality review meetings or audit recommendations. This register should be filed with Quality documents. Previous
