Imes Latework Policy

IMES LATEWORK POLICY Each assignment will be handled based on the circumstance of the assignment. Some actives are more conducive to makeup than others. This is the guideline to be used if appropriate. Teacher judgment will be used in each instance. Students are expected to complete all work by the given date, if not: 1. Missing work is documented and discussed by teacher and student 2. An agreement (written contract) on when it will be completed and turned in is made, a 10% grade deduction will be administered (teachers option) 3. If the student does not complete missing work by the date decided upon an administrator will be notified and up to 50% grade deduction may take place (teachers option) The student must complete all assigned work. Grade change requests should be submitted in writing if the teacher requires it.
