Note Though the papers have been accepted after initial screening by technical program committee (TPC), technical review by international review committee experts and also plagiarism check by TPC, all the registered papers will once again be checked for plagiarism before submitted to IOP Science for publication. Papers found plagiarized at this stage will not be forwarded to IOP Science. However, the corresponding author(s) will be intimated in advance. Hence, authors must take sole responsibility for the originality of their paper. Attendees shall collect the following items at the registration desk while reporting to the conference venue 1. ID Card and Tag 2. Conference kit (Shoulder bag, T-Shirt, Notepad, Pen, program information booklet) 3. Full paper proceedings book (with all the papers in their track) 4. Receipt for the registration fee paid 5. Attendance certificate 6. Dining tickets Certificates for all the authors (individual certificates) will be issued immediately once the session got over. On 12-03-2019, dining will be open from 12.15 pm – 2.15 pm for lunch. Authors are requested to manage themselves according to the program schedule. 
 For certificate and identity card purpose, authors and participants are requested to send following details to [email protected] on or before 20.03.2019. 1. Paper ID 
 2. Title of the paper 3. Full name of the author(s) in capital letters 
 4. Designation and affiliation (Name of the Institution / Organization) 
 5. Latest high definition passport size photograph (file name must be author name) 
 6. Indicate name of the authors who are going to physically present the paper. 
 7. Hotel booking assistance for accommodation (if needed) 
 8. Willingness for excursion to “Ooty hill station” on 13-04-2019 (Saturday) 
 For excursion on 13-04-2019 (Saturday), interested authors are requested to convey their willingness to Mr.K.Nachimuthu @ (+91) 75028 23283 well in advance. Participants need not to pay for excursion, it will be covered by ICECCT. However, food and other expenses shall be met by the participants.
