Who gets ice time The city owns eight board-run arenas. Here is how seven divvy up their “prime time’’ ice — Monday to Friday, 5 p.m. to 11:30 p.m., and weekends 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. (Details for one other could not be obtained.) Girls/women’s only hockey
