IAEB NO. 2008-09 INVITATION TO APPLY FOR ELIGIBILITY AND TO BID The Sugar Regulatory Administration (SRA) – Visayas through the Regional Bidding and Awards Committee (RBAC) invites interested parties to apply for eligibility and, if found eligible, to bid for the supply of:

1 unit IRRIGATION CENTRIFUGAL PUMP for SRA-LGAREC, La Granja, La Carlota City Approved Budget for the Contract = Php500,000.00 (Sugar ACEF) (SRA Purchase RIV No. 2007-07) The RBAC will use non-discretionary pass/fail criteria in the Eligibility Check/Screening as well as the Preliminary Examination of Bids. The RBAC will conduct a post-qualification evaluation of the lowest calculated bid. All particulars relative to the Eligibility Statement and Screening, Bid Security, Performance Security, Evaluation of Bids, Post-Qualification and Award of the Contract shall be governed by the pertinent provisions of R.A. 9184 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR). The venues for the Receipt and Opening of Bids shall be at the Conference Room, Sugar Regulatory Administration, Araneta St., Singcang, Bacolod City. Interested Bidders may inspect the Bidding Documents and obtain further information from the RBAC Secretariat (Lucia Sanchez/Florencia Logroño) through telephone number (034)4336887 or at the address given below. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by interested Bidders declared by the RBAC to be eligible for bidding upon payment of a non-refundable amount of Php500.00. The SRA assumes no responsibility whatsoever to compensate or indemnify bidders for any expenses incurred in the preparation of their bids. The SRA reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive any defect or informality therein or accept any bid(s) or offer(s) which it may consider to be advantageous and beneficial to the government.
