Interpersonal Relationship: •The company celebrates every employee’s birthday. •They also provide gifts to the employee. Miss Chandana Goswami (HR Executive, DTDC) said this helps in making the environment friendly in the company.
Worker /Employee Union: •First Flight is the only company which has a worker union that we have found. Mr. Laxmikant Patil (Operation Manager, First Flight) told us this helps in resolving the problems and queries of the worker. This also provides backup to the worker, added by the operation manager.
Door-to-door Service: •They deliver the heavy luggage like fridge, cooler etc to the desired address in this service. Mr. Pramod Patil (Distribution Supervisor, On Dot) told us that this helps in the satisfaction and comfortable of the customer. Mr. Patil also told us that this helps in gaining new and retaining old customers.

Training Program: •On contract basis, they train the new employee for six months. •If an employee couldn’t perform well, he gets 3 more months to show his caliber.
