HOW TO STAY HAPPY,NO MATTERS WHAT “Happiness is a conscious choice, not an automatic response “ Happiness is a habit ,not some heaven –sent gift nor a question of luck as many people believe .And any habit can be developed with proper action. Stop doing everything else ,just sit and try to imagine how many people known to you can truthfully say, ’I am really living, the life I looked forward to live’. Couldn’t write down many names,could you? It is because we have become so lost in the pursuit of happiness that a majority of us have forgotten to be happy. What really needs to be done: Our mind has to be taken care of just like a garden. We must decide what flowers we want to see blooming in it. Admit to yourself at least one painful truth each month. You will find this technique quite useful since focusing on one thing at a time always produces better results. The choice is yours .You can either sit back and keep fretting and cursing forever or unable yourself to increase your happiness. Remember there are two kinds of people in this world –some who cause happiness wherever they go and others who cause happiness whenever they go. “Start leading a good life for a good life will make you happy and a happy life will make you better.”
