HOLIDAY SHOWCASE OF ART Saturday, November 22, 2008 10:00 am to 4:00 pm

Arts Center Theatre, 320 Broadway, Downtown Saratoga Springs, NY Vendor Fee: $75 for a 8’W x 6’D booth including electricity ALL ITEMS DISPLAYED OR SOLD DURING THIS SHOW MUST BE HANDCRAFTED AND MUST BE THE ARTWORK or CRAFTWORK OF THE VENDOR. NO RESALE ALLOWED. There will be a limit on categories and items may be refused that are not in keeping with requirements. All vendors are required to submit a copy of their NYS Tax Identification Certificate of Authority with Tax ID Number with this application. All vendors must display their NYS Tax Certificate in plain view inside their booth during the showcase hours, as required by NYS law. All Applicants must submit with this application, a current photo of their art and/or craft work, or submit a website address to have their work juried. Work will be juried prior to acceptance to the showcase, and applicants will be notified upon selection to the show. If you are not accepted, your check and photos will be returned to you. All booths will measure 8 feet wide across by 6 feet deep, with approximately 15 to 20 vendors. The $75 fee covers all electricity and heat, and is non-refundable if you cancel. Electricity will be provided upon your request in the form below. VENDORS MUST PROVIDE OWN tables, chairs, lamps and electrical cords or extensions. None will be available. Set up will begin at 7:30am – you must be set up by 9:30 am and remain set up until 4:00 pm. You must be completely out of the building by 5:30 pm, NO EXCEPTIONS. Vendors may unload out front on Broadway into the Art Center Theatre entrance of the building’s front at 320 Broadway. Once unloaded, please MOVE YOUR CAR to the Spring Street public parking garage around the corner. THIS EVENT WILL BE ANNOUNCED IN THE SARATOGIAN NEWSPAPER, SARATOGA TODAY, THE POST STAR, THE GAZETTE AND CHANNEL 9 NEWS. 100 Posters will be up around downtown Saratoga Springs, and there will be a folding board on the sidewalk “ART VENDORS TODAY” marking the street entrance during the event.
