CCTV CCTV Surveillance System has the purpose of monitoring the highway section and is based on the the manual observations of incidents transmit the traffic advice, route guidance in the Control Room. The system is composed of the cameras and the Info attendance Digital Surveillance. Info Surveillance is an appliance based multi-channel video surveillance solution that utilizes the most advanced digital video compression technologies to bring you the highest picture quality and video performance for motion detection in critical/secured areas.

DIGITAL VIDEO RECORDER All video channels from the cameras are connected to Info Surveillance Appliance record as well as playback the whole event. This system is a complete with its own operating system, hard disk, and all the other software required to provide good quality pictures.

KEYBOARD CONTROLLER Its intuitive Keypad, large LCD window, 3D joystick control for PTZ functions and ergonomic design allows more ease and convenience of use.

ATCC Hestia Station is purpose to manage both, quality and quantity, of traffic flow and check the traffic occupancy, average speed, and traffic volume to save the data as per lane. This system is composed of sensors and control box (Hestia Station).

METEOROLOGICAL DATA STATION Meteorological Data Station is used to measure the accuracy of the climatic conditions to help the road user while traveling on the road. It is used to advise the traffic of any change in advance.

WIND SPEED AND DIRECTION ANEMOMETER The anemometer measures wind speeds of between 0 and 140km/h o with a +2% accuracy. Operating temperatures range from – 30 C

to + 70oC.

The vane indicates the relative direction of the wind in degrees.

TEMPERATURE, HUMIDITY AND HYGROMETRY o o The ETH1 probe measures the temperature from -20 C to 80 C with an o accuracy of 0.4 C, and a response time of 20s. A semiconductor sensor performs the humidity measurement. It provides measurements from 0 to 100% Hr with a 2% accuracy and a 10s response time.

VISIBILITY METER The Functionally Graded Material (FGM) measures atmospheric visibility by determining the amount of light scattered by particles (smoke, dust, fog, rain and snow) in the air that passes through the sample volume. The system accuracy of ~ 15% at measurement distances of between 10 and 1,000 meters makes it compatible with the information required for road traffic.

ROADWAY STATE One PT100 measures the surface temperature of the roadway, the other measures the temperature 5 cm below the surface. A stainless-steel fibre comb-type probe measures the conductivity of the roadway surface. The conductivity associated with temperature determines three roadway surface states: dry, damp, icy.
