MMHE

The proper goal of investements in Health Promotion Programms are not the maintenance of programms per se, but the achivement of their goals and proposals. To asses the achievement of MHP goals is becaming a key question for policies adressed to invest in sustainable NHP programms. Objective indicators about the functioning and capacity of social systems in the field of MHP, may be useful to asses the sustainability of MHP prgramms. A systematic analysis of the context, or monitoring the contextual factors might predict why some MHP prgramms wither over time while others flourish (WHO). The drivers of health lie outside the health sector (Marmot 1999).

MMHE  Comparing outcomes of MHP policies

among diferent countries with some common social framework, but with diferent cultural, history and situations could be very useful methodology to give sure references to the administration.
