3 March 2009 Dear Parents/ Carers I would like to invite you to a meeting on Wednesday 18 March 2009 at 7pm. The intention is to examine ways that the communication between home and school could be improved. It will be hosted by Miss Hatton and myself and will end at 8.45pm at the latest. The evening will include the opportunity to be part of group discussions to discuss particular issues and a plenary session. The meeting can accommodate a maximum of 100 people and so admission will be on a first come – first served basis.
